We are excited to introduce “Justice Reimagined,” a new workshop series by the Virginia Justice Alliance. This monthly series is dedicated to addressing the critical issues of mass incarceration and community empowerment. Our goal is to foster understanding, spark meaningful conversations, and drive positive change within our communities.

First Workshop: The Impact of Mass Incarceration and the School-to-Prison Pipeline In our inaugural workshop, we will delve into the far-reaching effects of mass incarceration on our neighborhoods and examine the school-to-prison pipeline. This session will provide a platform for discussing the challenges our communities face and exploring innovative solutions to dismantle these harmful systems.
